summer cutting pics

here are some photos of me currently at a weight of 162 lbs. not sure exactly of my bf%, but since about 2 months ago I began cutting down and plan on doing a small cycle of anavar at 60mg/day for about 5 weeks just to add a little more vascularity and strength while i continue to cut down. pretty skinny, pretty weak, but i plan on losing more fat and adding some lean muscle before summer is over. overall i'd appreciate some opinions on how i look currently and if i look like i should cut down even more before starting the anavar. flaming welcome as well. K to any opinions, good or bad. thanks guys.

I think you look great mate, I hope to be that cut this summer, trying to get there!! post up you training, diet etc, how tall are you?
 
You look very cut. Your pecs look very flat in those pics. A little size there would be a very nice improvement.

Diet currently:

Meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops whey protein, 2,000mg vitamin c, 500mg vit b5

Meal 2: muscle milk 2 scoops

Meal 3: 1 scoop whey 1 hr prior to workout (25g)

Meal 4: post workout shake (12 oz gatorade, 2 scoops whey)

Meal 5: 1 cup brown rice, chicken breast, vegetables

Meal 6: 1,000 mg vit c, 2 scoops muscle milk

Meal 7: 12 egg whites, 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

-as you can see im just eating a lot of protein, very low calorie. and heatherrae i agree my chest does need improvement. thanks for replies everyone.
 
I couldn't post up yesterdsay due to database problems on EF but definitely look fantastic! Like Heather, just a little more thickness on the pecs are you are golden!
 
I think you need to up your protein earlier in the day and get more from whole foods (less processed protein ie powders). The bulk of your unprocessed protein is in the dozen eggs. You're getting decent protein from the chicken breast but I would drop the whey in the morning and add the dozen egg whites to the rest of that meal, up your carbs a bit and hit some lean beef or fish in the evening. Obviously you don't have a problem getting ripped (I wish I were that lucky) but you need to pack on some size to look really outstanding. Bring up your chest and shoulders and stay lean and you'll be a factor. You can't grow without carbs though and you probably need more quality fats. Keep in mind, if you put on a solid 15lbs and keep your fat gain (in lbs) to a minimum you'll have a lower BF%. It's not always about how much fat but rather how much fat in relation to your LBM. You look good though and have potential to look great if you put on some size.

anavar might be helpful but unless you got the worlds fastest metabolism packing on the calories would help you gain without starting expensive anavar. are you a runner? too much hard cardio will prevent you from gaining.

mark didnt you use to be a LOT bigger, like over 200 lbs? maybe i am confusing you with another poster. thought you used to post pics here. have you lost that much weight>?

used to be around 190 but was never cut, just big. im slowly upping the protein right now, going to add more carbs because i just started var a week ago and my strength is already going up nicely so is the lean mass. im kind of happy i got as lean as i did because now that im adding calories carbs and extra protein im keeping the leanness and putting on more.
