First of all, my niece is a dumb, worthless bitch. But she's my sister's child and her boyfriend is an outlaw punk. They have a newborn that stays at my sister's house most of the time. This kid has threatened my sister, punched holes in her walls and this morning he hit my nephew in the eye and his eye appears to be shattered. My nephew will not press charges because he's friends with the worthless punk. The little asshole had called my nephew and told him to come get his sister before he beat her ass. My nephew said, "Don't do that man or I'll have to kick your ass." When my nephew showed up to pick his sister up, the little punk sucker punched him.
I was so mad, I begged my sister to let me beat the fucker's ass. They don't want me to do that for fear that it will alienate my dumb ass niece and she will take the baby away. Give me some suggestions on how to intimidate this little bastard without alienating my worthless niece.

uhm. call cops, hire a hitman, or realize when its time to fucking act.

im a firm believer that cock and balls shouldnt ever come into the situation because frankly they are so important i dont even think rapists shoudl have em broken off, but if you want to scare the fuck out of him and make him stop, pick him up, throw him down and since ur prolly so much bigger than him, tie him up, rubber band around the nuts, holding a knife right there,(fightclub style) tell him exactly whats up, and give him a week to get the fuck out of the area or to shape up

The person that gets hit has to press charges. My nephew is young and ignorant and won't do it. I tried to talk him into it, I'll try some more. Probably why many people get abused and don't press charges. The one doing the abusing probably threatens to kill them.

bro just call the cops explain what happened and mention the fact that he threatned the mom and the brother came over to protect the sister and the 6month old baby.. just say you are worried about the safety of the kid and the mom..

violence and threats will not really protect your family in this case.. but if you get a restraining order and he approaches her or the kid you could end him if you see it..

be smart and do the right thing for your family get the cops involved and keep him away from her.

if you dont believe me just call the cops and talk to them about it.. maybe your state laws are a bit different but if you call the cops and say someone threatned your sister and that she has a 6mo old and you are worried and the fact that he is an ex con will get the law on your side and the police will help..

Biteme, I think a controlled, quiet threat might have some impact. Quietly pull this kid aside and tell him (calmly) that this will not happen again. You are giving him one more chance. Don't stipulate what will happen, just quietly lay it on the line for him. If done properly, this could have a chilling effect
sounds like your niece is a dumbass. If you are not bothered by doing this, I would snitch her out to the Friend of the Court (family court). I would imagine she's got some dirt you could kick up. That way the smart-ass bitch can't take her child when she flee's with faggot-dude.

Plant some cocain in his car, then call the police and tell them the year and make of the car, and that the driver tried to sell you drugs. Trust me, it will get him out of your lives for awhile. especially if he already has a record.
