i believe mercere is right on the button.
matter of fact, i decided on a combination routine for my current 6 week block:
weeks 1,3 and 5 will be monday rows and wednesday deads.
weeks 2,4,and 6 are monday power cleans and wednesday power shrugs (jump shrugs whatever)
everything else the same......the fridays are the same except i'll do OH squats in place of regulars during weeks 2,4,6.
they are similiar exercises in form, so its mainly just a personal choice.....i like the variety and i like doing cleans and shrugs too
