Subsitute!

I was wondering if there is any exercises or a combination of exercises that will be good enough for a subsitute for squats, I have short achilles and arnt able to bend down low, i was born with this and but really want to get a squat feeling cause i know squats are the best for anything...suggestions?..
 
Hi!

Well this is a real problem.

How about performing Front-Squats?

Or Lunges / Burlgarian Split Squats?

Hack Squats with Barbell or Machine?

Leg Press --> ultima ratio.

Sumo-Deadlifts work also well for the thighs.

To substitute Squats is hard, but not impossible!
