Subscribing to a forum/posting pics questions

How do I subscribe to a forum? I assumed it was under the "forum tools", but when I click that it just takes me to the bottom of the page, and doesn't do anything. Is this just temporarily messed up or something?

I also can't seem to upload any .gif images from my cpu, although it does say .gif is an allowed format....any idea what I'm doing wrong???

I think the subscribe to a thread tool is in your profile? Don't know whre the subscribe to a forum one is... Sometimes the uploader is retarded and you got to try a few times, make sure they are within the allowed size. If that doesn't work go to a free image hosting place and link them up from there.

Damn, now I can't even subscribe to a thread....when I go to hit "thread tools" it just jumps me to the bottom of the page. Is there something glitchy going on today? Or have I accidentally changed some option/settings on my cpu?? Help!!! Thanks

yeah I had a problem changing my avatar with that message even though it was the correct format that I have used a dozen times and thread tools doesnt work at all for me right now it seems, Ill give a call to the Logician, get him on that

yeah also when I try and click on certain posts that I was given karma on I get, "you must be plat to access...and so on" Well I am plat and I can access the thread normally...Kind of crazy, some problems going on..
