My rows are pretty weak (my max is probably 175x5) My bench is probably around 300 max.
I have read that if your bench is way more than your rows you should work on your rows, but my hang cleans arent that great either and I am looking for the explosive/cardio part of it.
Is there any way to include both in the 5x5?
