Sub-Q shots?

There was a thread on here a few months back that had a link to a video (youtube I think) with instructions on how to administer a sub-q shot.

I tried google and Youtube but didn't find anything as good as that video that was on here. I should have saved it, but I didn't.

Anyway, does anyone have a good link to info/videos on sub-q injects?

I have been injecting HCG IM, but want to swich to sub-q this time.

pinch some skin beside your belly button inject into that then your done. I dont even feel sub q shots. Some HCG burns a bit sub q

Select an inch of skin over upper abs near navel. Rub with alcohol. Pinch the inch. Stick pin in it. Inject. Wipe with alch again. Painless.
