Dude, you listed your diet on another thread-and it's hardly conducive to getting ripped. Until you've eliminated all refined sugar, dairy, and red meat from your diet while working out regularly and doing an assload of cardio for a few months in a row without fucking up, your fat is not stupid or stubborn. It's you that's stupid and stubborn for looking for every shortcut under the sun to look good when you go on vacation in March. You're very lucky the guys here have been as patient as they have been with the advice they've given you that you blatantly choose not to use. You're taking up space on this board and using advice selectively when it suits your own ignorance. That's not fair to the newbie that's here to genuinely use the info they acquire. Honestly, you're cruising for a serious nuking if you keep this up.

Sorry to hijack, but here's my issue...when I bulk (I always eat clean), I'll gain muscle and overall size and of course fat, typically around the mid-section.... when I diet down to get rid of that mid-section fat, I lose alot of overall size .. in my eyes and in my mind, I've lost alot of muscle... then I see pictures of these guys who have the musculature that I have while bulking, yet at the same time they're nicely shredded... I know you can't grow muscle without gaining fat.... how the heck do you keep that muscle while you try to lose that fat... it's also hard to maintain / gain muscle while you're dieting down.... such a viscious cycle!

Seriously though bro crunches won't do anything to burn off fat. You have to learn how to diet. It's hard and is not fun, but the results will worth it.

You should know how to get the abs judging by your profile pics. What are some of the things you did to get that lean for those pics.

This is exactly my problem, I shed fat fast but with it goes the muscle.
 
muscle sparing while cutting:
DHEA
L-Arginine
CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)
lots of Glutamine
lots of BCAA's
Multi-V
more protein than usual

if you dip down too low in the carbs, your body will switch to protein (i.e. 'muscles') for energy.
