Stupid question

Whats that workout called where you bring dumb bells to your chest? Like you lay on the bench then bring them to your chest but its like you're flying or something? Sorry for my bad explanation. Flys?
 
I just youtube'd flys. How do they work for what I am talking about? Damn it seems like losing body fat is key to nearly everything!
 
The line you get down the middle of your pecs would be from dieting down after having enough size built up in your pecs. I think genetics plays a part on how your chest looks also. There are exercises where you can feel the contraction in your inner and lower chest like cable flies done with the set up from the bottom rather than the top and bringing your arms up at a diagnal to center rather than just a regular cable fly where you bring them center to meet. Close grip bench with a hard contraction at the top you can feel real well too. Also personally I feel that when people talk about shaping a muscle? What is that? The only thing you can really do is change the size of your muscle not the shape of it. Your genetic shape is the shape you got. You can gropw a muscle or shrink it but not change it's actual shape. I think if you have a great peak in a bicep its because of your genetics not you actually reshaping your muscle. Some guys have a great chest line and some don't. The only way I think to seriously change a muscles shape it to go to the "Dark Side" Synthol. You have to be really hard core to do somthing like that to your body. Not worth the pain or risk.
 
About a year ago I posted up about a guy in my gym who injected synthol into hes chest. Although he never went into the muscle, and he did the injections around his nipple. The results were self induced bitch tits from the oil sitting between the skin and muscle.
