most definitely agreed... i like to throw in a few grapes or grapefruit in mine and blueberries go well with it as well...

I use wheat germ two teaspoons is 100 cal extra 6 grams of protien with three packs of splenda. Mix that with a cup of plain greek ur good

Are you taking creatine ? If not i add some. I personally love ancient strength.

Also add a shake of n2bulk before bed and if you can afford it one when you wake up as well. You should be at 220 in no time. That's an Extra 800+ cals of quality ingredients
 
Why dont you post up a sample of your daily diet for us to see. Dylan and steve (and others really know their diet shit)

If your that lean at 212 then you should be getting about 3200 cal ED just for maintaining mass give or take. I would bet your barely getting that.
I would make sure im getting around 375g protein a day also. Maybe 200-250g complex carbs. Try adding a few cups of oats to your diet.
Also eat red meat and salmon...Lots of it. If you want to pile on slabs of beef then you need to eat beef. For bulking...fuck chicken and tuna. Not that they arent super foods but you need red meat. People dont eat enough red meat anymore.
Figuring you should hopefully be eating at least 6 meals a day then make 4 of those meals contain 10 oz of meat.

...ofcourse HGH will help get you there too...but it takes a while.
