Stuck at 212lbs

Everything is related to diet when it comes to weight gain and losses. Anytime you are not gaining, increase your caloric intake until you do gain.

With that said, there is a good way and a bad way of gaining weight. I'm not a fan of dirty bulking. I believe that you should concentrate on eating good clean quality Cal's. With a caloric surplus, you must accept fat gain. It will happen regardless of how clean you eat. But cardio and diet can minimize fat gain while building muscle

totally agree with rick... i don't believe in dirty bulking whatsoever... once you get to certain points, its a lot slower gain... of course you can do it, it just depends on your willingness to try new things and mix things up a bit... at your height you can definitely get to 220... what weight did you start at when you started the cycle??

Yeah I definitely don't wanna "dirty" bulk. Don't want the cholesterol. Just for blood labs done mid gear and everything came back perfect. Thanks for all the advice guys. I just have to bulk up my meals. I've heard a lot about cottage cheese right before you go to bed?

stick with the plain greek yogurt... it won't taste as good as the others but you don't need or want the extra sugar, especially right before bed... the plain is a staple in my diet... 100 cal and 18 grams of protein... absolutely lovely!

take that plain yogurt in mix in some cake batter protein or cinnamon bun protein for a great 'treat'

If it's not sweet enough you can add some splenda. I do this sometimes when I can't stomach the taste lol.
