First of i would like to know what is considered medium distance runs?
And to start of could i gain weight/ muscle/ size and lose fat if i did
4:30am: wake up
4:45/5-5:30am: jog 2 miles
6am: breakfast (eat most fats, no carbs, and some protein) has shake afterwards
7am: gym or school
10:30 am:school or work
11:30,12,1, or 2: lunch
2pm: gym (if didn't go in the morning)
8:30 pm: 17 min 30 sec HIIT cardio (2 miles)
would i burn fat doing the morning cardio, and carbs doing the night cardio? so i can gain weight while increasing my calories and still lose fat?
