Hi everyone! Sorry not been around for a while.

Anyway I've been on Var fro approx 4 weeks and love it!! havent noticed any change in strength but definately gaining muscle!! yippeee!

So now I want to know best way to strip BF - I hear soooo many different views on this.

What do you think best.

my eating looks like this

Meal 1 egg white omlette or protein drink & or puffed rice cereal and skimmed milk
Meal 2 fruit
Meal 3 Tuna salad
Meal 4 fruit
Meal 5 fish and green veg
meal 6 protein drink - after training

Training 4x week
Day 1 Legs
Day 2 Shoulders
Day 3 Chest and Triceps
Day 4 Back and biceps

with 20 mins cardio on each day

Var 5mg daily

Am taking a break off all fat burners / clen / eph etc

Stripping BF comes from your diet primarly with an increase in cardio as well best is generaly first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

I am not sure what your current weight is but I checked post history and last listed was 158 the calories in your current diet are way to low your pretty much starving yourself which means your body will hold on to the fat for dear life.

Calories should be at 1580 - 1896 depending on what your current weight is really should be between 10-12 x current weight.

Meal 1
1/3 c oats
6 egg whites

Meal 2
1/4 c blueberries
1/2 c cottage cheese

Meal 3
4 oz bonless skinless chicken breast
1/2 c yams
1 c green beans

Meal 4
4 oz bonless skinless chicken breast
1/2 c yams
1 c green beans

Meal 5
4 oz bonless skinless chicken breast
1 c green beans
1/2 c brown rice

Post workout shake
with at least 25-32 grams or protein

An hour after that
1 oz almonds which is about 20-22 almonds

Total cals for the day 1610 26% fat 28 % carbs 46% protein

OK - So I need to eat more to strip fat! I thought by reducing the carbs my body would use my fat insead for energy?

If you want to go keto style diet what you have posted is not even close a keto style needs to be under 20 grams of carbs this is my last contest diet.

DIET #1 for 2 days…then follow DIET #2 for 1 days…….then REPEAT

DIET #1
MEAL #1
12 egg whites
MEAL #2
35g Whey protein in water+ice
MEAL #3
6oz chicken with 1-cup asparagus or green beans
MEAL#4
6oz white fish (fluke, flounder, tilapia, sole, ect.) with a green salad with vinegar & mustard (no olive or macadamia nut oil)
MEAL #5
35g Whey protein in water or 10 egg whites

This can not be followed as a year round type diet 12-20 weeks what I posted is a diet you can follow year round.

Perfect - you are a complete star for posting that for me - its exactly what I have been after - a standalone diet and a short term strict fest!

My only concern is the 12 egg whites! - could I do a protein shake instead?

I would suggest following the diet as laid out and limit the shakes as you will be very hungry and a shake doesn't cut it at least the egg whites cooked makes it feel like a big meal.

Oh one thing I might add. You could initially implement your keto with higher calories than QT outlined if you want to feel fuller and more satiated after meals. Just ensure they are not carb calories. You could add olive oil to some meals for the fat calories. 28 grams, or 1 tablespoon, of olive oil has 120 calories of healthy fat cals and zero carb cals.

You may find you can continue losing bf for a while even eating a higher daily caloric intake, provided the additional ones are solely fat cals.

The right shake makes a difference too. Don't go too cheap on the pro shake. Get something low in molecular weight and derived from a high quality source.

Even the best shake in the world can not take the place of a real meal. Unprocessed foods trump all no matter what. However a good egg protein shake is not far off from plan egg white morning meal.

Well I start this stripping diet today - the protein drink I use is CNP Pro Peptide - I'm fairly sure its a good one...it should be the price of it ; )

I showed the diet to my PT - he thought the 12 egg whites was a bit overkill for me..I'm 126 lb - he said 6 would be sufficient???

I'm doing as is unless someone here tells me different.....also what makes for "natural" peanut butter - I'm guessing no sugar??

6 egg whites is only about 100 calories and 20 grams of protien that is not enough food for one meal.

Natural peanut butter is just peanuts nothing else is added no sugars or hydroginated oils.

OK will stick to 12 !

Just another dumb UK question - we dont work in cups - so I used an online converter that said 1 cup = 242g raw asparagus - seems like a heck of a lot as more than one bunch?!? and green beans 110g?

DO these seem right to you guys - sorry to go on but just want to absolutely nail this diet x

One more thing....I travel a lot with my job...can I swap the shake and the fish meal around as doing it the other way doesnt really fit in with my life as really dont fancy eating cold fish - unless I can swap for tuna but I'm guessing not?
