Strange question !

First off I am only human lol

After a recent break up from someone I had seen for a long time , I had a complete meltdown for around 2 to 3 weeks , tons of alcohol , no real food , no training etc , I don't drink ever usually last time I ha a melt down was some 8 years ago

Thankfully I am not on cycle !

I suffered major withdrawal symptoms the past 3 days after finally pulling myself together , and can thankfully say I am almost 100 percent again, still a bit shakey , but my diet is spot on and I have done everything I can to restore balance in my body via nutrition and hydration

Now i would love to return to gym today maybe just 30 min cardio and a bit of Chest , but I realise alcohols effects on the cns system and I am wondering if maybe I should give it a few more days or just start out light again

Anyone able to offer some sound advice ?

get back in the gym and vent bro, its only been a few weeks.....the gym is the best remedy for stress. You know the limits of your body now forget about that B*** and Kill that S***
 
Lol thanks guys , I am amped to get back even though still shaking and weak but all I can say is lived through hell the last two days , and the nights of no sleep and hot flushes , sweating and tremors I wouldn't wish on anyone !

Before this I was recently off my cutting cycle and in my best shape ever , I have dropped 14 lbs but slowly gonna crawl back again

take it easy if you have to and get some good pumps going

also next time.... start a thread before this happens.. not after the meltdown.

Judo Tom in hindsight I should have but so many negative things happened at the same time ,that really felt was all too much, car issues , house issues I left her with everything as I didnt want them to suffer etc etc

And it has cost me dearly physique wise and I can kick myself right now as I was spot on , but anyways right now I am allowing my body recovery for a few weeks and it's time to start my planned bulk after my cruise , also gives me time to make sure I am mentally in tip top shape to handle

Will be seeing doc and getting a full physical as well

Deca dbol test one of my very early cycles some 12 years ago damn I can't wait :)

What I do need help with is a new approach on a diet for this cycle , which I will post up in dieting section !i know my stuff diet wise but my previous approaches have left me with to high a bodyfat and after getting to 9 or 10 percent now I dot want to climb much above 12 to 13 I like my abs lol
 
remember success is the greatest revenge<-------- what he said! That's where I'm at right now and nothing compares to knowing you can be successful without the things you only thought you couldn't live without! Hit the gym and beast it up! Works for me! Good luck!
 
Trust me when I tell you, I have had to start from scratch several different times and it can be straining on the mind at first... The good thing is, that if you get in there now and go hard and stay dedicated, you will start getting gains quickly because you have been there before... That will get your confidence up and get you going in the right direction... You can do this, just stay focused and on track, get yourself together and kill it bro... You can definitely do it...
 
Thanks guys, it does mean alot and it's been a tough few days , and still a few more to go I am sure , but going to hammer it away and as said my diet is spot on clean similar to my cutting one just boosted the right calories a bit a slight bit more carbs to refill what the alcohol depleted and loading up on the right vitamins etc
 
Man after the big D for me. I went from 255 down to 210 or so.. Couldn't eat was still going to the gym doing the motions with no progress. Oh did I say swimming in beer too.. Now back to my OCD way and ready to start again. The only thing that kept me sain was the squat rack. Now just focus on yourself and train the booze out. Stair master for about 45 min a day will help.
 
Can't wait def some cardio an weights , solid diet and as soon as back to good cant wait to hit the blast phase been after going back to where it all started an.d do a big cycle of deca test and dbol , won't be running tren again for sometime , I want a cycle to make me feel good as well , and if memory serves this was one of my better ones , still concerned about the libido on deca but my test way above deca dosage

Main thing now being cut is finding a balance for me diet wise because it's always been all or nothing always just eat too big

But one thing I have come to enjoy is a bit of cardio so going to keep that 4 x a week 30 min
