Stop relying on steroids

how many of you guys think. Some guys here think steroids are magic.

especially the new ones and there sky high dosages to get big quickly.

Agreed, the name of the game is diet and exercise and steady slow gains. Thats the only way to have and keep gains..

Exactly, I know people who look worse on steroids than they do when they are natural because they have failed or are to lazy to learn the game you stated above.
 
Dont you have a thread about Test and Tren? And in it I think you mention food once the rest is about Test n Tren and how theyre changing you.... Ironic
 
I agree with the OP. However to say a dose is too high or too low is more individual preference and result based. I can't judge anyone for the dosages they run as we are all different. The cycle I may run may look high to some and low to others. This sport is about individuality and what works best for each person. With that said nothing on the planet can make you look better without proper diet and training.
 
I've done many cycles. Used to run high ass amounts of gear. my last was simply 600mg test, and 20 mg dbol on workout days. Had solod gains, and now 6 weeks later running only 100mg test wk(TRT), gains are still progressing and weight hasn't dropped a bit.

Such a waste of money(and health) to be taking grams of shit IMO.
 
i will add that there are thousands of guys out there who juice and don't even work out. they have some kind of deficiency where they have to take test, if you go on youtube there are vids of these guys. its kinda sad but atleast they are able to live somewhat of a normal life with injecting test. so not everyone out there who juices is necessarily a gym rat or bodybuilder. many do it cause they have to.

i think in another 50 years you will see many more like that. birth defects, environmental factors etc. are contributing to it. there is a trend however in organic foods, and healthy lifestyle that has been coming back after it went away in the 80's and 90's. so hopefully we can get this trend reveresed, but many people just aren't willing to spend extra money on quality food.
 
I believe a single cycle of over a gram a week for more than 12 weeks will cause permanent damage to the HPTA.
 
Totally agree, AAS is simply a enhancer....not magic...diet, training and rest are what get you gains. Will power is everything!
 
I choose to view it has any regular supplement (creatine, protein, etc..) obviously taken in moderation though. Even if you take these things and are lazy and don't work out they aren't going to work. You see guys that drink 5 protein shakes a day and don't work out and it's apparent that isn't working. You take something in conjunction with what you do. You work for your gains your just making those gains that much more rewarding. That's also why I don't see see the moral and ethical "cheating" with juice. It helps enhance just like creatine. So that would make creatine "cheating"

My diet remain same year Around
Never compromise with my training n diet.

Cycle on or off my diet never changes

I'm not saying I rely on steroids.
I was stating about how tren can transform you.

i dont rely on juice but i will say some juice like tren can be magic.not trying to give newbies a wrong impression but its true
 
What about some guys using or a50 for their first cycle?

Thats just it. Its a learining process and you should start at the basics. However in our society the youngsters are tought that instant gratification is the new reallity. So they come out of school wanting and demanding the top salary, the best cars etc. They get into bbing and want that bod right the fuck now regarless of anything.
But in the real reality that gives us those harsh slaps in the face it just dosnt happen that way, which they find out and then drop the sport anyway.
 
I've been saying the same thing numerous times on this forum, i guess they will just have to learn the hard way!
 
Let me just say that in listening to Radar, Steve, Nelson, and Needto, I am a firm believer in short cycles with easy recovery. 2011 saw me do 2 full cycles: Katanadrol and Helladrol (6 wks. on, 4 wks. PCT), and 1-Andro Rx and Cyanostane Rx (6 wks. on, 4 wks. PCT). Currently , I am almost 5 weeks into a 6 week run of Beastdrol/RS-Transaderm.

Recovery was so simple, it was almost a joke at how easy things went. The best part though..........almost 100% retention of gains made on BOTH cycles! Yes that's correct folks, almost 100% in both cases. I'm now completely sold on the concept of "slow, steady, keepable gains".

I just want to thank everyone again who's helped me here, since joining earlier this year. EF really is the definition "community", and I'm looking forward to a great 2012!
 
I saw great gains off of 250mg a wk of test only. The plan was 500 but my dog hit the table and my shit hit the tile and broke. I don't think I'll run more than 300 since I saw those results. For me there's no need for it.

Yeah I was pretty f*#kin pist. But at the same time I was letting them chase each other while I was getting ready to pin. Dumb ass move on my part.
 
^^^ my dog got a hold of a xmas gift which was a half pound bar of unsweetened chocolate, i had left the gifts in a room where they had access to.. had to rush her to the ER. but not sure how thats her fault, its always the owners fault if the dog does something bad.. don't blame the dog :)

Your right, but unless you know the person or why they are doing it. Don't be to quick to judge. Some people might be taking everything as seriously as they next, and are iSight steroids fort that tiny bit more.

On te flipside, might not keepthe gains, could fuck up muscles tendons and have adverse effects. It's ego vs reason?
