Women abusing supplements?
Sounds highly unlikely, all I have is qualitative data to base this on, but how many more men do you see in supplement stores than women? How often do you you hear women touting the newest, latest, greatest supplement to lose weight? I certainly dont and I live in a dorm around 100's of girls, go to a gym where 1000's of girls go. Never once have I heard girls in the gym talking about something they are taking. This is my reason for believing supplement use amongst women way lower than that in men...which would most likely mean abuse of supplements is lower in women then men. Supplement abuse is probably the highest in High School males.
Growing off 1-AD?
Highly unlikely, I was taking 4 pills a day, noticed nothing. Maybe you are the exception and can grow off an amount less than the recommended but I doubt it. Your growth was probably due to an increase in protein, different training, mindset or another factor.
Regarding Ergopharm...
I remember reading in an article touting this product that Patrick Arnold stated the dosages are conservative and that many users have seen better results off a significantly higher dosage....implying that one should take more than the recommended to see good results...yet being legally correct as to not get sued for misuse of the product.
Water retention and 1-AD
Pat arnold states something to the effect of "many users report similar reults as using trenbolone-acetate." Laughable, haha. I didnt notice any water retention, but actually muscle hardness and leaner look. My experiences versus yours.
Ephedra
I think its safer than the government and health officials claim which leads me to believe that the ban on ephedra products is special interest based...pharmacuetical companies like SirFoxx stated.
Supplement Abuse.
well, if you're at this point you're at least somewhat health concerned because your goals are what the supplement promises. IMO better than abusing Little Debbie and Hostess foods like most Americans.
