I´ve tried Huck´s suggestion for todays 1st dose (last dose yesterday was before bed so I didn´t really feel anything). Thanks on that one.
What I HAVE included in my diet is fiber which I was missing, I´m bassically eating:
-meat
-egg white (ocassional yolks)
-tuna
-fruit
I normally get my fiber from cereal and flax seed (btw cheaper and easier to take than flax + it´s got fiber and a bit of protein). I´m going to chew some apple fiber pills (sugar free).
I´ll be on 400 for a few days more and quit deppending on how I´m feeling! Going to take my doses with the big meal of the day (normally mid day) and another dose before bed.

I´ve bean sweating from day one, and I´ve started 30 min very light cardio twice a day (before and after bed) from day 2 onwards.
Anyone know the MAIN ingredients for Tums(tm), just in case stomach disconfort...
Results so far are 2lbs up, but it´s probably because of the massive water intake, salt, minerals, yohimbine, DNP water retention etc.
Btw I´m on:
-20mg ed nolva for A2 fat
-400mg ALA
-16mg yohimbe
-EC (75mg of E and 500 of C in total)
-Vit C (2.5 g)
-Vit E
-Multivitamins (x2 ed)
-Magnesium tablets (?dose)
-Green tea (x2 ed)
-Water (+- 10 liters a day... too little, too much?)
