i wouldnt call it a pain. but im starting to get into high weights *for me* for squats and powercleans and ive been noticing on my left leg i think its a tendon is stiff.. up by the socket of my hip on the front.. man i wish i payed more attention in human biology..
anyway.. could this be from poor stretching.. it doesnt hurt its just feels that its hindering me to go as low as i want on my squat
