Sticking points

Ok guys in a few weeks I will be switching to westside training. I have a question. You guys had explained to me a little bit about different ME Bench exercises. Now I have a question, and yes its probably a stupid one. Ok, my sticking point is at the bottom of the press. When I miss a lift it will be near the bottom, I can usually press the bar an inch or two and then it comes back down. What is the best ME Bench Press excercise for that type of sticking point? This sticking point is while lifting raw. When I have a shirt on it seems to make the sticking point go away:D
Hell if you guys dont mind just tell me what exercises work best for bottom, middle, and top sticking points.
 
2-3 boards will be perfect.could be a couple things,when i was getttin stuck low i started illegal wide grip benches(top set of 6 reps)that helped me off the chest,also yout lats get the bar off your chest.the shirt will get the bar moving then you have to keep pushing through.cycle illegal wides into your ME's,heavy d/b's made a differnece with me,2 and 3 board presses.my back aslo wasn't up to par.what ever level you are getting stuck,try board at that height.let me know.......

how are you my brotha'.... those are things several of us have done to bring up weak points.i love the variety in westside training.i'm no guru,but i can speak from results my traing partners and i have gotten.that shirt will get the bar moving,but remember to work the hell out of your triceps so you can lock it out.do all ME work with pinkies inside the rings.think triceps #1..you'll see
