I know that some people respond to different compounds better than others and for a large part it has to do with the persons genetics. Are there any particular ways to figure out what may work best for a person. Things like maybe body types. Endo exo meso morphs? Who responds to what. Blood type? Maybe by the way peoples muscle responds to certain types of training. For instance repping weight does nothing for me to gain size. I lift heavy keeping reps at under 5 and I blow up. My buddy on the other hand only gains by reps. Would one person possibly respond better to different compounds?
