When I first started a course last year I upped my volume quite bit as a kind of an insurance policy to get the best possible results I could. The problem is that when you start pushing heavier weights on all your exercises, you're increasing the stress on your body by a large factor. After a few weeks I had to decrease the frequency of my workouts to allow recovery. IMO, heavy weights at high volume can soon overtrain the body no matter what you're on.
I was using quite low doses i.e. 350 mg sustanon per week. Perhaps higher doses may have changed the equation somewhat????
