Steroid workout??

What sort of workout should I be doing on a cycle? I'm currently doing an AxBxAxxBxAxB style full body workout. I normally choose these types of routines over splits mainly because it's what I've always done. When I start my cycle is a split routine important? I've done a lot of research on steroids but can not find much information regarding routines while on.
 
split stop upper lower bull shit

bis and back
tris and chest
leg day
shoulder day / mili press
leg day

rest
stretch abs

if i didnt kow ya Bren id find it hard to take cycle advice from someone who quotes the balck eyed peas lmao. :rainbow::smash: i rock a 5x5 workout cuz thats what i am used to, never done a split. maybe will try one someday when im gettin bored of this. was actually thinkin of going to a high rep workout next tho
 
workout is the same for me ON and OFF
 
I do the push/pull method with lots of volume,then after awhile i switch to heavy supersets,and so on......

Leg day is only one day apart? Should definately leave more room in between leg days. Unless your seperating quads and hams.
 
srry for noob question,,,, but what is push/pull method?

Bi's and tri's is a perfect example. Push with tri and pull with bi.

Another example is back and chest. Push with chest and pull with back.

Basically he designs his split with push/pull body parts paired up.

Exactally ,mon i push so the pull muscles are resting, this includes Bench Press,shoulder presses,tricep isolation exercises are lasts,then while thos or resting Tues i'll do pull,Rows,lats with bicep isolations last.
The rest of the weeks is abs,legs ...etc

Fri day is squat day giving me two full days of rest
