2. If you buy them over the net do you feel they are safe?
3. When did you begin using roids?

Me:
1. I always had a hard time to get quality or legitamite steroids, just up until a few years ago. The people who supply the guys who are competing or "alway on" are not going to sell to some high school kid nobody knows, or the average Joe Schmoe in the gym. At least this is what I feel/ been exposed to. I think a lot of these kids who claim to get their hands on "steroids" really, most have counterfeits or the few that have actual real meds, been greatly ripped off in price by super high mark-up's, so they will not get their hands on a lot at a time. I think it has to do where you live, as in Northern Jersey where I am from a lot of the dudes at least the ones I know, or grew up with/come in contact w/ try to scam guys with counterfeit steroids. I don't know why it's like this, but it was, and was hard for me at first starting out. Bodybuilding is and has been very popular where I live. Now,...I am wiser and very selective with whom I associate and call a friend.
1b. I do make my own, and also attain genuine big name pharmacuitical products from other means.
1c. I believe one could buy anything over the net, it just boils down to who you know and trust. Buying steroids over the internet, you are almost always doomed to get ripped off 8-10 times if you think you can just type what you want in a search engine and go with what looks good. Usually beginners go with that option or the like... Result, either with fake, or no product and/or no reply back at all after all is said and done.
2. I don't think it is safe to do anything over the net that is illegal. It is not advisable, but sure anything is possible if one were to do so. Again,....all ends up with trust, a little bit of smarts/ good paranoia, and knowing and feeling comfortable with who is on the other end.
3. I started using steroids when i was about 20 years old. I am 29 right now, and have altered my body drastically from the combo of hard training, eating, and using steroids.
4. I have never been the type of person to do something because "somebody else" thought I should, ...quite the opposite I am. Usually the guys you see in the gym who claim to only "lift" or do steroids for female approval,...don't last or are not serious about bodybuilding. If there are they are very few that do. Getting back,..I like how they help me attain a certain physical look and without them this look is just not physically possible. I like the look. What appeals to one person, may not appeal to the other... I always strived for that "juiced up" look and now I have it. I do get a lot of people who stare at me, and have always have gotten good critisism. I guess i am doing something right, and i hardly look natural.
5. Health warnings,.....Aahh... Well, most if not a great percentage of the "suppossed health risks" attributed to Anabolic/androgenic steroids are greatly exaggerated or surprisingly enough downright lies. I know this may seem suspect or biased with motive comming from an obvious user, but I have nothing to really to gain from saying this, other than I would not ingest or take something I knew for a fact that would do "more harm than good" no matter what it did or promised. In the end, just not worth it. I like to think of myself as a responsible, educated person who thinks before he does....
As far as the very real risks from steroids, they are differnt from person to person, and from what drugs you are taking. (androgenic/Anabolic) I have listed what I know/feel to be true as possible sides. As far as I know nothing is perminant, unless you wind up with liver or kidney problems, but even at very large doses over long periods at a time very unlikely in most cases. You may or may not, but this is the concern and way it goes with medications in general that you have to consider kidney and liver functions and break times from long dosing periods. Having children, is one issue brought to my attention with steroids. I am concerned with, but in almost all cases the male body's natural testes flow is returned to normal after a peroid of time off. Sure there is a chance of it not returning to normal, but unlikely. Also precautionry steps as banking you sperm in extreme cases could be a very real option for thre "just in case." Look at Anrold Schwartezenegger(sp?) The Rock, and all the guys in professional sports as prime examples of this. They never has any real problems or problems fathering children, or attributed to AAS. knowing this,...I do feel better about my responsible usage. Gynocomastia is the only very common side of steroid usage, but is completely/ fixable, and non life threatening. Again, liver and kidney problem are there,...but as withthe case with many prescription drugs ingested or used orver long peroids of time. Moderation and responsible educated usage is the key to hurdling this problem.
6. The claims that Steroids having caused people to die. Complete nonsense, and ridiculious. Steroids whether Anabolic or Androgenic are simply artificial reconstructs of the male hormone testosterone already produced in the male body. They are hormones that regulate male functions of growth and well being. If one were to clinically "overdose" on hormones all that would happen as a result as the unusable substances would be excreted an unnecessary strain put on the kidneys or liver for that peroid of time. When people talk about althletes dying from steroids, they are trying to attempt to push this new fad that puts the steroid users of today into the catagory and same light as a crack heroin user,...as a do anything, hopelessly addicted drug addict that is a menace to society. In reality it is quite the opposite. Most guys who use steroids are just guys who want to keep, or be in shape, hard working, and just want to be left alone with all this nonsense. I think the government is pusher harder on steroids because of politicial reasons and since they know they will never win the "war on drugs" with the real hard stuff. this is an easy target.
Hope I helped
