steroid for building immune system

I just came of an antibiotic cycle and wanna get my imunesystem up to normal fast as hell, before i catch another disease and another......

are there any steroids that particularly good for this purpose? I would like to run only a few amps, not looking for a full cycle here.

Echinacea, Vitamin C, OJ, water, lots of green veggies and plenty of sleep and your body will do the rest.

NO. Plain and simple, they will all have a negative impact on your immune system. And anyone who says EQ, that is BS.

EFA's, green tea, Vitamin C, lots of water and a good diet balanced diet will help.

not to call anyone out..but i felt great while on gear.... i always thought makes your whole body stronger...if thats not the case then why do doctors perscribe steroids for infections and other things...like asthma....i have asthma and my doc says the exact opposite..steroids help kick start your immune system..prednizone...albuterol...various kinds

Prednisone is a completely different class of steroid, and it is used primarily for its anti inflamatory characteristics. It NOT prescribed for infection, and for good reason.
