Steady gaining baby, oh yeah!!!

Stepped on the scale this morning and it was sittin on 228 :D That is up 13 lbs from when I started my cycle 4 weeks ago. Started out at 215 and about 20-25% BF. Bodyfat is actually down(not sure how much, I need some calipers) I can see a noticeable difference and I am feeling leaner and harder. This tells me that most if not all of my gains are lean mass, i don't think much is water cause I am taking .5mg of Arimidex a day(Big shout out to Nimrod25 for helping me out with that one). This is fucking awesome, today was leg day and my strength was through the roof. Putt 300lbs on the leg press and went for 6 reps. 4 weeks ago I could only do 200lbs for that many reps. That might be pussy weight for some of you all but that is serious gains for me so nah nah :p Anyways big thanks to all the bro's who have helped me get this far, I can't wait to see what the results are at the end of the full 12 weeks!!
 
i was 280 when i started my cycle....

My body fat was at 20%.....weight jumped up....I put on 18lbs of lean mass and lost a couple pounds of fat. It was around my third week when I had my lean mass checked.

Good work bro.....If you eat right you wont have to worry about putting on any fat. I didnt.
 
Good to hear that babboon. I am trying to keep that BF% down. I am eating six meals a day but they are all clean as hell, no junk food for me, except on my one cheat day that i give myself a week :D
 
Congrats bro!

I'm on week 3 of a 400mg/week test cycle and I have similar results. Strength has gone through the roof! Much better gains than my winny only cycle. What are u takin, whats your cycle like?
 
I'm on 300mg of Test Cyp & 300mg of Deca per week. I split the shots into 150mg of each per shot and take 1 on Mon. and 1 on Thur. Glad to hear you are doing well on your cycle. I was gonna do test only too, but i decided to try the Deca despite all the scary progesterone boogeyman crap. The Deca has really helped my joints on heavy lifting, I have a bum knee from an old football injury/surgery and it has always killed me when i lift. The past couple of weeks though it has not bothered me a bit, not even on heavy squats. Happy growing mate!!

And as for the weight..... you have to start somewhere.....knowing your limits and then pushing yourself a little beyond..... nto everyone can start at legging 1000lbs or benching 300 or 400 lbs...

congrats. i have noticed the same thing. My squats exploded in the last four weeks, much much stronger, much more weight and reps! Isnt that a funny thing, one day im weak, then, once i have taken my PROTEIN, im huge!
