Stepped on the scale this morning and it was sittin on 228
That is up 13 lbs from when I started my cycle 4 weeks ago. Started out at 215 and about 20-25% BF. Bodyfat is actually down(not sure how much, I need some calipers) I can see a noticeable difference and I am feeling leaner and harder. This tells me that most if not all of my gains are lean mass, i don't think much is water cause I am taking .5mg of Arimidex a day(Big shout out to Nimrod25 for helping me out with that one). This is fucking awesome, today was leg day and my strength was through the roof. Putt 300lbs on the leg press and went for 6 reps. 4 weeks ago I could only do 200lbs for that many reps. That might be pussy weight for some of you all but that is serious gains for me so nah nah
Anyways big thanks to all the bro's who have helped me get this far, I can't wait to see what the results are at the end of the full 12 weeks!!
