If you stay on all the time,
You may have kind of an F you attitude about other aspects of life.
It is important to maintain basic, basic goals and never deviate.
For instance
If your on all the time decide,
1) your waist will never go above 30 inches.
Sounds kind of elementary but to maintain that simple bench mark, (at least for some people) your diet has to be clean, you need to be lifting, training and doing real cardio daily.
I am 5’5”, 190 lbs and I try to keep my waist below 30 inches, 28 is great.
