Hey bros, need some advice, about 7 of 12 weeks into a test cycle, my knees are in pretty bad shape, it the cartilage area and sometimes a get a horrible sharp pain. ive not done legs in 2 months, docters just give me pain killers which i refuse to have!

Can i take a 200mg deca OR 400mg equipoise only cycle soon as i do a pct?

Ive read tha both are good for joints, deca hasnt ever shut me down so just need advice.

im taking glucosamine and cod liver oil already.

thanks bros.

I find it hard to believe that deca doesnt shut you down. Taking it as soon as pct starts or is over will nulify your pct. Why would you do that? If your knees are that bad then you may have 1 or 2 torn meniscus. Why dont you go get an MRI done so you can see if there is a serious problem.

Ya bro, exactly...why not have the doc treat the problem? I have hip impingement and have to get cortisone shots but surgery eventually.

hey bros, well i just read that deca and equipoise, both heal the joints gradually. what i ment was after pct wait 2 months instead of 4 and then do a cycle agian but on low doses?

or maybe continue and stretch my current cycle?

Ive read on people staying on a low dose test for about 6 months or longer.

my docter doesnt give me nothing but pain killers thats why u asked you pros.

they dont Heal joints. They lubricate them. Flood your joints with sinovial fluid. Increase collagen synthesis. You will go back to your previous problem after discontinuing them. Get it?
The drugs wont fix your problem. Go get an MRI. There thats twice I have told you the correct thing to do. But what do I know, after two torn medial meniscus, torn acl, multiple MRI's knee surgery ect.

No deca will not health them. It will (well you are on it) make them feel better but if there is a problem you should get it fixed. If the doctor will not get you xrays and things you need see a chiro they will do it on the spot most of the time.

Hey burn, you say that the Deca/Equi will "Increase collagen synthesis" but that they wont heal the joints. Isnt increasing the collagen synthesis actually healing in a way? Am asking because of my own interest in this NOT TO BE A SHITHEAD.

i use deca for tendons not joints per say. many say deca doesnt help tendons. well...it makes my elbows feel better so what does that mean? but when i stop it goes back to aching more after workouts. If collagen synthesis were going to "help" heal something I would think it would be more apt to be a tendon than a cartilage. But I am basing that on opinion not any sort of science.
If its something your interested in then run deca. Deca is great. If you dont want to run an assload for mass then just run 150-200mg per week and see how it works for you. I never plan on doing another cycle without at least an HRT dose of deca in there.

I have not read any replys but will tell you what you may want to do:

~YES add deca on cycle at a mere 200 mgs a week

~ Use AI's ONLY when needed as they will kill joints if you surpress E too much

~ Warm up a good 10 minutes with bike and light stretching before workouts

~ Train NEVER below 7 reps preferably between 15-10 reps for multipel sets on all lifts
