Alright guys heres the deal... I started test 400 and deca 300 2 weeks ago and have gained about 8lbs thus far. I am doing a lot of cardio and keeping a fairly clean diet lots of shakes and chicken with a little rice and vegi's. My quiestion is ... How can I stay lean on this cycle i want to reduce bloat and keep as lean as possible so when i throw in the winny in week 5 i can just completely shred up! How can I keep lean. With diet and cardio and ect... ? Should I be hitting cardio hard everyday? should I eat less meals? thanks for any advice..
