stats cold and relaxed! anygood as a base? :)

12% BF (but id swear more like 8-10%)

bicep: 15"
chest: 41.5"
waist: 33" (but i wear a 31 waist pants)
hips: 39"
thigh: 10" (up and down not around)
calf: 14.5"


Problems with source so running fina 6 weeks:)

you sure your thigh is 10"? considering your other stats should be more.

anyways yeah thats a good base imo, cus you most prob. measured the thigh wrong.
 
Man,your thigh has got to be more than 10 inches bro,you must have measured it wrong! My wrist is about 7 inches!
 
10" quads? Do you fall down a lot?
I reccomend site injections ASAP.

Broly you measured worng. Ain't possiable, your wirst is is more then 10 inches (i hope)
 
no clue had some new person at the gym do it she measured up and down on it not around no clue WTF she was thinking !!!

so what is that the measurement between your kneecap and your "goods" :)

I think some of the gym-types always measure the circumference 6 or 10 inches up from the knee; I just measure the thickest part...
 
that would look fuuny, having calfs bigger than your thighs, imagine flipping your legs upside down and reataching them
