1st Cycle and log start point.

I will be beginning my first cycle. Beginning stats

6 foot 3
249-252 lbs variance

Right Arm 16.25
Left Arm 16.5
right Forearm 12.5
Left Forearm 12.5
Chest Under Arms 51.125
Belt line Waist 39 Inches :( that really sucks I must wear my pants on my hips or somethin.

Belly button waist 42 inches
Right Mid thigh 26.5 standing
LEft Mid Thigh 26.5 standing
Right calf 17.5
Left Calf 17.25

Doing a 5x5 Routine Current 5 Rep Max
Squats 315x5 (will be bumping that up 20lbs next week)
Bench 275x5x5sets Smith Machine (no spotter)
Deadlift 315x5x5
Barbell Rows 225x5x5
Routine will be a 5x5 with accessory exercises for Triceps shoulders and Biceps (primary weak points in my lifts.)

Cycle will actually be Dermatherm cutting stack on top of OTC Monsterdrol.

Goals are to Lean out and build strength. I realize everyone disagree's with the idea of trying to "lean" while on cycle however if I smell meat I will add muscle so I will make sure to walk through many butcher shops between exercises.

Diet will be 300-400 grams of Protien per day. Oatmeal's Tuna, Chicken, Turkey and I have all kinds of nuts around here for essential fatty's :)
 
Honestly I don't know. I've had it tested at 17 percent and 15 percent. I really am not that cut but it's hard to tell. I am guessing from my pictures 15-17% I'm hoping to end up around 13
 
Started off just leaning out. Working out 4 days a week. 3 days 5x5 tomorrow I will hit a new PR On Deadlift and next week I will be hitting a new PR ON squats. In leaning out I am using PP Products. For another 2 weeks. At this point I would guess I have lost 1 percent on bodyfat..Not a lot I have however made some reasonable gains in my back strength and upper back thickness. Added 40lbs to my BB Row max. I am keeping to alot of hamburger meat (yep I know crazy but hey its protien)Tuna and chicken. Diet is pretty solid. I am not religious with my Protien shakes. On days I work out I will make sure to kick start my day with them. But I reallistically just need a shake I can stomach. The 4th workout day I am doing cardio and arms. Bicep/tricep primarily focusing on triceps because they are behind.

Primary goals decrease bodyfat increase muscular strength and performance. Ferrari aint shit if It don't run.
Shoulders,back arms and calves are lacking. I am working on modifying the workout to improve those areas.

Right now I am working on Major Muscle movements. Almost purely barbell routines. BB Curles skull crushers military press (behind the neck) sticking to strict form. Lowering the weight all the way down and pressing up. I am considing some explosive exercises to build up speed..any ideas?

No 3 rep max bro. Did you change the 5x5 up?
 
Not intentionally Unless I misunderstood. At the end of each week you do 5 sets of 5 reps coming up to a new 5 set max...increase 10 lbs each week?

3 Rep max would be more fun lol

PS This weekend I am hitting costco...I think I am going to grab some flax and possibly fish oils...I really don't think I am getting all the omega's I could use...I could benefit from more and more stable intake.
 
Are you guys loading up as much on the shakes on your days off? Right now I am having a tough time simply due to lack of transportation. I am HURTING from a 7 mile walk to the gym. (yes I had to walk back too long story) Anyways so I have 3 days off in a row...It sucks trust me but it is what it is. I am calorie cutting on my off days to make sure I don't reverse the body changes that are happening now.
 
yeah i normally take whatever i take on a day im working out on...keeps the consistency... i workout 5xa week..soo..its all the sme throughout the 7 days:)

7 miles to the gym..OUCH...When I was a young Marine, I walked or took the bus everywhere, so I feel your pain....I don't think you'll need any extra cardio!!

I am playing around with my diet right now, I am doing mostly a low carb diet for 6 days, and having carbs on my off day...I work out 6 days a week, with Cardio everyday except my off day, and weights on a 4 day split.

I try to keep all supplements the same even off off days, or cardio only days.
 
I don't know that 14 mile trip out of nowhere (total 7 there and 7 back) might have just hammered my back. I did squats 3 days later and I tossed my back again. Muscle are fine but it's out of align...just have to switch the workout up a little.
 
going to a practor on monday...I got paid today so the rest of my cycle will be in the mail this weekend and I will switch from Cutting to strength lean muscle. There is a visable change to me which is nice. I will see how the camera views the change. GOT a weight belt for my B day!! KAPOOOOOW!!!
 
Strangely enough all lifting through high school I always had one and a preacher bar which i want to find one..they are amazing for curles to keep your elbows locked in.Still on the therm my # of days I am working out has been cut down but I am still losing bodyfat at this point. I was able to comfortably rack out a few sets at 4 plates on the hack squat. ( don't know what that translates to on that machine weight wise)Feeling better and monday stage 2 of my cycle will be on order.

Which will be Cyclobolan which people stopped talking about but in essence sounds incredible. And m1t
 
So what will you being doing differently this phase??? What changes in diet and or training??? sounds like we have similar goals bro:D

Cyclobolan and 1-t is a good mix bro. People talk talk about what ever that shit don't matter. I will do a write up on Cyclobolan soon and everyone will be talking about that next... 1-t is going to be a staple food for a long time though. Its got long hall written all over it. It can work in any cycle be it otc or not.
 
I am sticking to the 5x5 workout for one simple reason...Some how that workout is decreasing bodyfat and increasing LBM..Improving my back depth and thickness. I have some additional exercises I am throwing in to round out the weak points in my physique. Triceps, Back and Calves and pull downs/up's because I just suck at them right now.

3 days heavy 1 day or so just 3 sets of biceps and triceps nothing incredible get a pump then hit a little cardio. (1 hour or so slow n steady with occasional spikes up to about 150bpm) My pictures in my profile to now I think I can see a change over the last 4 weeks (without changing diet)

Possible keep in mind my chest is 52 inches cold. Arms aren't impressive 16.5 or so. I think my arms are skinny as hell in general. AND GUESS WHAT SHOWED UP TODAY!!!!!

Cyclobolan!! 60 caps and ICON 60 caps!!
 
It's mostly rib cage.. Feel free to check out the pics I have showing back etc. I could use some recommendations on lacking points. I am not a proud man.

PS how the fuck are you supposed to chew up the cyclobolan without swallowing any of it...my mouth is thick as FUCK with spit and cherry flavor shit.

This is where I started. No change in diet or excersize other than for 2 weeks I have only been able to catch a ride 2 days a week

PP's cutting stack is legit...if your diet is on spot with what he is telling you? I could have seen some SERIOUS changes if I had maintained cardio through the first stage.
 
Day 4

My aggression in the gym is definitely up. Strength? I am not positive but I'd say at this point at the very least my confidence to throw more weight up is increased. I grabbed some 55lb dumbells to see how heavy they felt for clean form curls..easy could have lifted 65's maybe 70's (with shitty form) but I would look cool as hell!!! LOL Now with transportation back on line. I need to get back in. Nail the weights down. and continue the work outs I was doing. I am per BP's comment adding some heavy barbell curls? Good mass builders for the arms? I was thinking barbell curls and skull crushers
 
I Love skull crushers bro...they have become my favorite tri movement...I really feel it on the back head of the tri's...way more than any other movement

I see alot of guys throughing around heavy weight sloppy...just make sure you use good form and don't try to impress anybody...you'll have HUGE tri's in no time!!!

Ok squats are up 30 lbs in a week however by the 5th set with all the creatine and supps I am taking my back pump was so fucking bad I almost laid down right there on the gym floor to take the weight off my back.

HOLY Shit that hurt...

Cyclobolan is legit and so is Icon. I am getting a sense of well being and absurd pumps I have to cut out creatine and No products. The pump is almost stopping my workout.

Did the skull crushers today!! Yep heavy rows are in the plan I did arms today just to add a little extra. 20 rep sets even with very lightweight are virtually impossible...I may have to change up how I work biceps to some high rep sets on the bi's and tri's..my body is definitely adapting though...10 minutes on a cross country type machine had my legs PUMPED and just feeling like ROCKS..Seriously VERY VERY Hard muscles.
 
bench is up 30lbs squats are now around 350. I am thinking of upping the dosage to 3 tablets a day for the last week..My back is just FUCKING KILLING ME!!! There are workouts I simply can't do squats because my back is burning so bad from just standing up. And the normal shit. I am assuming this is the "back pump" people were talking about.

Cyclobolan is definitely a HIGH Intensity Steroid. This shit is real..perhaps pinning is more intense I don't know but. HOLY SHIT! there was a couple times I thought I was going to shove my dick through a wall to get it to stop...insane..I don't know if I am just REAALLLY sensitive to this stuff or what but.

Bench start 245x4 (on free weight not that stupid smith rack that I found out doesn't weigh the same as the oly bar) Now 290x4 or 5 probably 300 this week I hit bench tomorrow
curls 40lbs x 10 reps start now I am using 50-65s..the only thing stopping me from regularly using 65s and 70s is pump and proper form :D 70lbs by 5 reps one arm curls this week I am going to try curling the oly bar with 135 on it. For some reason it's a little different with the big bar


My issues.

My motivation to work out is FUCKED. Lethargic is something I actually understand now.

Back pumps are nearly paralyzing..

Just shaving my head I started getting back pumps and my shoulders were burning like I had done 90 reps of presses
After my second pill my whole fuckin body feels tight..like every muscle is strung SUPER tight and hard as FUCK..vascularity not so much...but somewhat and holy shit..stay away from the NO compounds while on.....I ruined a workout taking my creatine with NO supplement...2 sets into it my muscles were tearing open my skin pumped but I couldn't lift shit ..I don't know why exactly just..sucked and seemed almost "overpumped" if that's possible.

I didn't want too but I had some drinks...I broke down...one night just went for broke..6 long island ice tea's and I couldn't get drunk to save my life...grabbing a new picture now to upload

About the just couldn't get drunk thing...when I first started my Cyclobolan, maybe like a week into it, I pounded down 15 beers after a 3-4 month hiatus on drinking and I was still coherent. I was even able to see my exgrilfriend and her new boyfriend at a high school football game without killing him. I just asked him if he would pretty please take a swing at me so I could destroy him. Hahaha.
 
lol I been drinking for a lotta years so practice has given me an edge but ya. I was hammering back alot of liquor and not even feeling it a little..this stuff has my shit wired tight..I really should not have drank though
 
4th week I can feel the intensity dropping a little...I'm ok with that...sustain is on the way..I figure if I jack off with that 3 times a day I should be gtg :D

Oh PS I'm up to 260 lbs in 3 weeks..not shabby

So total cycle done and I am just about finished with the sustain..after I cycled off my gains continued..weight wise no but strength wise yes...which tells me I likely didn't go heavy enough fast enough on cycle.

up to 315x5 on bench press 255x5 on incline 405 on deads and 365 on squats.I plan on pushing squats to 405 next week and seeing how my joints hold up...it's starting to get a little painfull holding the weight up even though I am still able to move and lift and control it which is confusing to me..my joints and tendons feel sore as fast or faster than my muscles.
