When I ordered Practical Programming from the Aasgaard Co. (publisher of SS and PP) their site explicitly mentioned that they now do international shipping, probably in response to the greater-than-expected demand from outside the US. I don't know what their rates are, but you should be able to get it from them.

I ordered Practical Programming about a week, so hopefully it gets here pretty soon. I'm hanging out for a good read.
