Hi, I'm 25 years old. I've never taken roids before but I'm about to start my first cycle. What's been recommended to me is test 10 milagrams a week. Since I don't much about steroids I was wondering would this be a good starting point. Any feedback would be appricated, thanks.

Height - 5-9
Weight - 175
Training History - Off and On for about 3 years
Body Fat - 12%
Goals - 200lbs
Diet - 4-6 meals a day, I don't count calories but I estimate and I get about the numbers needed

a good starting point would be to post up your:

height
weight
training history
BF%
goals
Diet

The next good point based on you saying you know nothing about AAS would be to hold off a bit and stick around here. Read as much as you can and take advantage of the search engine.
This step you want to take is not something to take lightly. Make sure you have all your shit planned and together.

Do more research. But post your stats aswell.

Maybe it's time to figure out what your Caloric intake is. Before starting out anything you should post your diet, and workout regimine.

the diet is key. you are still pretty light. you must need more food. try eating 2g protein 4g carbs and .5g of fat per lb od body weight per day. if thats not enough up it. once you do start a cycle up your protein to 3-4g.

the person who gave you that advice knows absolutely nothing about gear. stay away from him. their is no easy short way to prepare you for a cycle you will need to do a lot of research on steroids and pct. heres a goos start. find all the info you can about testosterone and all of its effects and different esters. also look into nolvadex, hcg, and the primordialperformance.com testosterone recovery stack.

when you do start a cycle stick with 300-500mg of test per wk.

if you learn what you need you can put on a lot of size in just 1 cycle maybe 15-20lbs. if you jump in not knowing what you are doing not only will waste a bit of money, leave yourself injured and smaller than you started and could have permanent natural testosterone loss.

Thanks to everyone that posted. One question Joe D, if I go with 3-5 mg a week do I take all at once or do I split it up over the course of the week.

you can take it all at once.. or
split it up to keep your blood levels stable
