I'm 27 now...i used in the past to be very athletic. At university I was always running, doing track and field, running every day for about 30 minutes. Then in my last years of university due to study, I stopped. I started to spend much more time in front of the computer, working out with heavy weights but never did cardio again. That was in 1996. Now on Friday, since i started my cycle, i did cardio. At the first 3 minutes felt like i was going to fall in pieces...my abdomen was hurting, my heart was pumping like never before...my legs was heavy like iron. after about 5 minutes i stabilized the rythm and the breath and kept going. stopped at 12 minutes, 0.7 miles...lol. my pulse rate was at 147...so i kept walking for about 5 minutes and then stopped and went to work out. Now i'll do cardio 3 times per week.
