yes my brother was supposed to meet me at the gym but he was having girlfriend problems ..trust me i needed the video for myself to see my form..
it feels like its fine but actually seeing yourelf do it you cant pick out all the technical things youre doing right/wrong..

yes briefs give you support and they go under your squat suit..i train most of the time in the briefs so adding a suit will give me that much more carryover
