Man I love this forum, so much positive energy, so many strong mofo's showing how it should be done. I swear since I started reading I've never been so psyched for my wo's (I train alone most of the time unless it's chest day then I can always find someone to workout with
)
anyway I warmed up with 135,225,315 for 5 then 405 for 2 and jumped right into it
455 for one I know I'm good for 465 as well which is awesome, I'm going to nail 5 plates by the end of the year I can smell it. I noticed from the pic I lean forward a lot on the power squat, does that look excessive?
I tried 495 but couldnt get it thru the sticking point.
Then 405 for 6
I finished with 3 x 3 bottom pause squats with 315, high-bar, ass to floor. Fookin horrible but I love the way they make my legs feel.
Tried to setup a farmers walk but it was dark and I didnt want to risk slipping on the wet grass so I did a set of 8 with 500 on my trapbar.
