Squat help.

you want to spread the floor with your feet. to do this, press your feet down and outward. this will make you more stable. also, get a flat soled shoe. like chuck taylors. cross-trainer type shoes have a natural curve to them.
 
i dont know if anyones said this but when i teach people to get used to squatting low i just get them to spread their feet, and squat all the way down and just sit there (no weight). it makes you look almost like a frog, prejump.

if you just sit there youl stretch and get used to being low and can work with your footing and think and feel what your pushing with, without having to worry about weight.

alot of times people just dont know what it feels like to be in that position and are too scared.
