ok guys. when i try to go low on my squats when i come up i come up off balanced and find my self leanin way forward causin me have to take a step forward to regain my balance. is tehre sumthin im doin wrong in my form
Are you looking forward when you squat? If so this is probably the culprit. Try looking up at a fixed point above your head on the wall. As you come down keep your focus on that point.

sounds like a techincal issue, or weakness in lower back strength.. try doing bent knee gm's and go heavy as possible for 3-4 sets of 5reps for a few months if this weight is close to or as high as your squat weight than its not your lower back, its just a technical issue.
Honestly stick to learing the proper technique on squats before attempting these. Keep your head up, chest out, back tight, weight on your heels, and keep your knees apart.
exactly.. when im going heavy i sometimes lean foward on a rep or 2 but my back being strong enough always me to correct the lean and continue the lift and correct the path.

Listen to this. The squat is a lift that requires attention to so many small details. That is part of what makes it so difficult. Doing all the right things is the difference between making the lift and not for me. I have failed on weights that are far sub-maximal because I didn't concentrate on getting everything right. It's still not second nature to me, and I don't know if it ever will be. Another thing is pushing your stomach out with air like a Buddha belly. That helps keep your spine in the proper alignment and helps keep you from leaning forward.
There are some good squat vids out there. One is a series called Squat RX and look for a video by Dan John. They can help to find what you are doing wrong and how to correct it.
