right now im right around 255lbs.. bodyfat unknown.. im 6'2 or so
arms are a tad over 18.... pitiful :(
 
I just noticed in the background that you have the same bench that i have... 1st time i ever knew of someone else to have it. That shit is by far the best home gym i ever owned. I had to "retire" it about a year ago though, it got all rusty and shit. It was nice though on those days i couldnt make it into the gym.

good job by the way... at 6'2" 255 you are not only a big mofo, but defined as well.
 
looking good spunky! Youve been working pretty hard. Nice thick traps, bring out the delts a little and that crab shot would be brutal.
 
Looking great buddy!! I have followed your progress very close and you have made an incredable change in your overall size and body compostition. Your arms have added some good size, your a lot leaner and your dealts are making good progress as well. Keep it up bro!

You must have some big ass legs cause you sure dont look 250 to me.

He's 6'2". Its easy for a tall guy to carry 250lbs and not look like a monster. But he does have a good build for a young kid.
 
now i am not trying to be a dick, but i dont think you look close to 255. like lift or die said maybe it is in your legs. . i mean you are pretty lean. oh well just my opinion.
 
Hard work does pay... not much though. The lint in my pockets show that. :)

:) don't know what else to say... no way i can prove how much I weigh over the computer. I am fairly tall, maybe that is it? I have a big ass if that makes any difference? dunno..... if i could prove it I would. :)

HAHAHA Your right about one thing its doesn't matter either way. Because we are on computers... And no one can really show their weight.. If you say you weigh that much Then you weigh that much.

I weigh over 1,000 lbs...

Amazingly enough, I once had myself billed as that in what had to be one of the most hilarious matches I have had in my career. Actually, it was two weeks in a row. God, I am still dying over those matches from October...

hey i believe you weigh that much. i have learned over the years that you actually grow into your weight. when i got up to 200 i didnt look it. but about 6 months later i was 200 again but i did look it that time. i do have to give you a lot of credit, because u have made a big transformtion from the old pics i saw of you....congrats.
 
back.. i do deadlifts mainly. dumbbell rows, pullups, and then some cable work like pulldowns behind the neck... i don't do alot of trap work. yesterday i worked my traps with my shoulders and I did 3 sets of dumbell shrugs and I did 2 sets of shrugs with a bar... didn't go over 315 just squeezed really hard at the top.

hope that helps some.
 
looks good. that left trap is a bit bigger than the right though :) if you believe in site injection you know what to do about it...

I'll second that. With a tall build and large bone structure, it's easier to carry a lot of weight.
