Well, here we go:

1-8 prop Rite now at 100eod might up dose depending on how I feel. Same with winny.
2-8 winny 50-100ed
Hcg 2-8 at 250x2ew

Supps taken daily

Will also be using a water pill which I will not disscuss there dangerous period!!!

Water intake ed 2-2.5 will prolly work up to 2-4gallons daily.

I will add stuff as needed dependent on how I feel. Will manipulate coffee and maybe sodium.

Will I log? Idk am bad with logs so this prolly wont last long. Am never happy get frusterated. Stugle with diet sometimes bad. I wake up at like 3-4am and start plowing shit down teh pipe!

Diet I wont lay out in full but will use some of the following foods:

1. Two scoops of ntbm protien with half cup oats this very vary sometime carbs sometime no.

2. 8oz chicken or lean turkey
1/2 cup or cup dependent on how I feel and if I hit cardio that day. Oats, sweet potateo or white rice for carb source.

3. Same as one

4. Same as two

5. 10 eggs with one whole 1/2 carbs oats on workout days.

6. Might be 5 or I might not eat six times ed just dependent on how I feel I will incorperate other foods such as cottage cheese, greek yogurt, almonds, stuff here and there I will not get into diet its too complex and too many different beliefs.

Also I wont disclose lifting weight or shit like that its about form to me.

My original cyc was

1-16 eq at 400-600 ew
1-16 test e 250 ew
4-16 tren e/ deca 400 tren -200 to 300 of deca ew
6-16 Mast p 400 ew
8-16 60-80mg of var ed

However, this will be next time prolly.

Pct will be pct unleashed,daa, ostra, t3 pct maybe s4 and a.i. Will I take an a.i. Durning cyc? Depends how I feel and where bp is at

Well yesterday was pretty good hit chest four different exersices ea. Exercise 5 sets of 20. Just hit flat, incline, decline, smith machine, butterflys

Decided I will throw in some provion from week 2-8 at 50mg ed.

Cardio 30min. So far good belt is down one notch weighed in at 218

Well took Tues off had my daughter.

Yesterday was a pretty good day my well being is just so noticeable its crazy however, am still tired alo at times. Energy is up tho I guess I work so hard I just drain the body not really sure.

Weds.

Had some cereal two scoops of ntbm whey

Chicken salad 8oz 1 cup lettuce spinkle of skim cheese

Two scoops of ntbm 1/2 cup oats

4 oz of tri tip 4 oz of plank steak little mac one small slice of garlic bread

10 eggs one whole after gym did tri's and cardio

Woke up had little bit of peanuts.

Tues was bad was burnt pissed dug in to some cherry pie I told them to move that shit sure enough 3am I got a shovel and fuckin dug... Heated....

What does that mean bro? lol. I been real tired too, not sure but for me I think its a combination of bad sleep and over training. Keep killing it man.
 
4 gallons? Fuck!

Provi is my all time favorite oral. Amazing stuff. But be careful running it with winny...hair will suffer
