Yes provi can attack the hair, and to be honest, it attacks mine more than winny does. When combined it's more of a risk.

I can't even hit 2 gallons a day lol I do 1.3-1.8 per day usually, and that's force feeding.

Yea, you know what I do is buy ocean spray light grapefruit jucie its 64oz so I fill 3 of those drink one between 7-8am the second 8-12 the third 12-3 then when I get home I refill drink half and eat then puor my bcaas in fill it back up go to gym where I drink half gallon more.

I dont think Ill make it to 4 gallons its not needed anyway over kill imo ive got fat not water imo.

Only think I stopped is my water pill bc am unable to drink that much water rite now.

I think alot of ppl forget that good fat is needed to burn fat correct me if am wrong.
