Hey all, well ive been saucing for the last 4 years off and on, lifting etc. I feel confident that my knowledge of dieting, cardio, and how to properly run a cycle and complete a PCT will allow me this spring to be in the best shape of my life.
So Here's my plan
10wk cycle layout
400mg test cyp e/w
200mg, or else 400mg masteron e. e/w (not sure yet, please advise)
2weeks on clen then alternate 2wks on eca
Lifting routine will not change, 4x a week, each body part 1x a week
diet will of course be high protein as always, good carbs, would like to keep fruit and some veggies, lots of eggs, tuna, chicken, cottage cheese, shakes, etc.
Cardio: Boxing 2-3x a week, jujitsu classes more than likley, and Bike riding BUT HOW MANY TIMES PER WEEK AND FOR HOW LONG?
I am 190lbs, 6' lifting for the last year consistently 4x a week, lifting serriously since 5 years ago, but took a 2 year break terrible idea.
How Is Masteron going to affect my cardio? I already sweat like a pig when on any sauce, but is masteron going to make me lethargic? Also ive heard hair growth is bad with masteron? true? Any other suggestions appreciated, I want to be absolutley shreaded this summer on the lake.
