I'm also planning to cut for spring break. I'm gonna bulk for 2 more weeks cleanly and then after that I wanna do CKD for 3 weeks. My BF is at about 10% and I think in 2 weeks I should be around 170 lbs 167 now. I want to get a damn six pack once and for all. I definitely have some definition in my abs when I flex, but otherwises theres a 1/4 - 1/2 layer of fat over my abs that I need to eliminate. How much FAT can I potentially drop in 3 weeks while sacrifing as little muscle as possible? I plan to use EC, ALA, Swole v2, Gplenish and probably Yohimburn. Also I plan to lift 3-4 days and do HIIT 4-5 days a week. Also how long does it take to get rid of flatness once I stop CKD?
