Splitting Capsules

Hey guys.. I dont know if this is the right place to post this but i wanna know how to split caps? i get aromasin in 20mg caps so how would i take .5mg? any ideas or what not would be sweet. Thanks

You would need to get a scale,,,a capsule filler,,empty caps,,,and some filler. Then re-weigh everything and recap.

That is the dosage taken in tablet form, too much will hinder gains!

You can get a scale that measures that small around $25.00

of course if i had to go that route, i would open a cap take a knife and eyeball the amount into four lines.

I'm pretty sure he said he was trying to take .5mg. I know what your saying radar I only take 6.25mg EoD and it does just fine I may even cut it back more but .5mg was that a typo?
