Hey. I know this post maybe belongs elsewhere, but I just had to check with U guys If U have suggestions on a good 5days trainingsplit while on(Bulk). How do U workout while ON? I workout 4 days/week now, but would like one more day.
because,your quads,{legs}are such big muscles,would it be smart training to do legs then an upper body part in the same work out?sence all your blood is in your legs now.seems that it wouldnt be a good idea.
