due to forearm pain i've decided to stop training arms directly for a while. now my current split looks like this;
back/traps
chest
off
bis/tris
legs/delts/calves
off
off
now, i'm thinking about either going this way;
back/traps
chest
off
off
legs/delts/calves
off
off
or this way:
back/traps
off
chest
off
legs/delts/calves
off
off
which would you people suggest? i'm leaning towards the first myself at the moment, but any and all input would be appreciated.
