split help needed

due to forearm pain i've decided to stop training arms directly for a while. now my current split looks like this;

back/traps
chest
off
bis/tris
legs/delts/calves
off
off

now, i'm thinking about either going this way;

back/traps
chest
off
off
legs/delts/calves
off
off

or this way:

back/traps
off
chest
off
legs/delts/calves
off
off

which would you people suggest? i'm leaning towards the first myself at the moment, but any and all input would be appreciated.
 
hmm that's actually a better suggestion, i'll try this next week, see how it works out. thanks!
 
not yet actually, i'm going to make an appointment with a doctor as soon as i can, the pain was so bad yesterday that i have decided to stop training till i know what exactly it is. it's a weird kind of pain, it doesn't feel like the muscle is hurting but something else..
