Sperm donor forced to pay child support...

Holy shit... first courts screw fathers in divorce cases... now all these women that go to clinics and get 'anonymous' semen implanted in them are going to come crawling out of the wood work..

What is wrong with these fucking judges?

I would really be up in arms if he was an anonymous donor, but he did hit it for two years. He should have gotten that shit in writing..signed, sealed and delivered....although I still think he'd be paying.

The fact that he previously had 'fucked her' is completely irrelevent.... even if he was still fucking her it is irrelevant...

If the baby was conceived as an act of a 'sperm donation' meaning he wasn't at willing particiant... as a father doesn't 'donate' his sperm... he goes to the clinic with said mother and is 'involved' in an fertilzation process... then the whole rulling is total bullshit...

They bill him as a 'sperm donor' someone that was willing to provide sperm for a clinical impregnation with no responsible ties for the results...

WTF?

Knowing her and having a previous relationship with her is completely irrelevant....

The moral of this story is not to agree to be the "sperm donor" to a women you've previously swaped fluids.

What if the woman changed her mind and aborted the child - should the sperm donor in this particular case have any say?

The case here is not whether or not the donor should be liable for child support - the case is whether or not the contract between the mother and father (donor) was legally binding.

The court is wrong.

A court in Texas forced a man to pay child support for children his wife had conceived with the man that she cheated on him with... which led to him divorcing her too...

That court was just as wrong.


No... a sperm donor is a sperm donor... he has no say, and no responsiblity. That is fucking rediculous...
