speedee oil change SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

for the first time i years, i deceided to pay someone to change the oil in my car.......also had a 5 dollar off coupon.


the bastids charged me extra for "non standard weight" oil, told me my cooling system was "fiflthy and needed immediate attention" (changed 5000 miles ago with 5 year dexcool antifreeze!), and refused to top off my brake fluid due to "state laws" against doing so.

4000 miles later i will go back to doing my own oil changes!

dont forget the kids changing your oil are 17 year olds and have never changed a flat tire. I NEVER use these mofo's, if anyones going to fuck it up it will be me!

always do your own unless u go to a mechanic and have it done, those quick change places always have scams....they tried to tell me my brand new brakes were "completely worn out" and i have an "oil leak" *namely them missing the hole and hitting my engine bay with oil* in my 02 xterra and that i should get them looked at.....

I used to change my own, but now It' s too time consuming
and I really don't enjoy it any longer.

I get it done with Castrol GTX at the Dealer in 30 Min for $19.95

i get it done myself, thanks to wholesale parts source, in 15 minutes for $5.00. but no i dont enjoy it.

Basically while I was working at the garage there were about 5 people a year who would pull up and say

"I was on my way home from Jiffy Lube and........"

Of course we raked them over the coals a little bit but we gained a customer for life every time that happened.
