Speed Dead - 5 x 1 with 275.
Cheese deads ( i love these much better than dimel deads) 165 for 3 x 20.
superset
3 x 8 hyper ext w/70lbs supersetted with 150lb pull thrus for 3 x 6.
roman chair situps - 3 x 10.
felt exhausted, but good. i dont know what got me feeling sick earlier, but hopefully i will feel better in the morning.
